God's greatest desire for your life is that you would draw near to Him. Your success, your accomplishments, even your behaviour and morality, is not on the top of God's priority list. His greatest desire is that His children would draw near to Him. However, many Christians live at arms length with God. They like the idea of being close to Him, but they are unsure of whether or not they are actually welcome to come into His presence because they are approaching God on the basis of their own worth and their own works, not realizing the depth of the gift of Grace.

When you encounter God's free gift of grace, you live life in a totally new way. The favor of God comes upon you, not only empowering you to worship but to life your best life.

No significant life can be lived for God, nor can any significant work be done by God unless it is grounded firmly on the reality of God given spiritual vision. Vision is what lifts Christians from the level of the ordinary and enables them to achieve great things for God.

Jesus did not die on the cross because any one of us deserved it. But He redeemed us with His very life - paid the price - gave Himself up so you and I can receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness to reign in life. It's all about Jesus!

In our human nature we have a propensity to want to achieve. But God wants us to receive the free,unearned gift of His grace and get in the groove of knowing that grace is for you, around you and upon you.

The greatest, most loving display of God’s grace has been shown to us through the life, death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, the King of kings, Jesus Christ! We could never earn this grace. It is the gift of God.

Grace is referred to as "His divine power" and allows us to be partakers of the divine nature of God (2 Peter 1:2-4). A definition of grace could go like this: Grace is God’s free empowerment that gives us the ability to go beyond our natural ability.

Why is it so important to be relentless, perservering and persistant in your walk with God?... We need to finish the race well and hear the words "Well done good and faithful servant"!

We serve the God of the impossible. He always ready and able to show Himself strong on behalf of those who believe His Word. The Key is putting Him FIRST in all we do.

In the beginning there was God, and in the beginning of your life, when there was just a seed - there was God! He was there lovingly creating and forming you. He has never stopped thinking of you, looking at you, memorizing you and caring for you!

Our heart bares the marker of whether or not we are followers of Jesus. The condition of the heart is key to loving God and loving people. How do we change our heart? How do we make sure our heart is in the right place? How do we get our hearts soft?

Jesus came to give us relationship, and not rules. A good definition of waht we mean by religion is 'rules without relationship'. You can have a false religion that depends on your own works -your own righteousness or you can know Christ coming to Him not based on what you have done but what He has done.

It's difficult to imagine how an intimate friendship is possible between an omnipotent , invisible God and a finite, sinful human being. But it’s true, we can know God and be His friend – Best friends, with God even.
