This is the pattern we see in the Psalms. The Psalmist wrote about victory on the backdrop of hardship. They knew how to adjust the frequency of heaven. Instead of denying our situation and the circumstances surrounding us, we must AMPLIFY the volume of heaven. The volume is always in our control. So no matter the setting to your story, make heaven louder in your life.

In part two of a collection of messages on the Holy Spirit, Pastor Adam Smallcombe speaks on The Everyday Leading and Guiding of the Holy Spirit. While considering the various functions of the Holy Spirit, our comforter, counselor, teacher, what does it mean that the Holy Spirit is our helper? Pastor Adam unpacks that we don’t just receive INSIGHT from the Holy Spirit, but the FORESIGHT to know what it’s all for. Foresight takes our experiences and reveals its purposes. And all we need is the foresight to know that God’s got every step under control. With that, we take each step of faith, knowing the Holy Spirit will guide us every step of the way.

Pastor Adam Smallcombe delivers a message entitled FIX THE FEED, on the INSIGHT of the Holy Spirit. In uncertain times, we might look outside for what will satisfy ourselves. Whether it is our news feed, social media feed, or the food we feed on, we are constantly searching for something more. This is often how we approach the Holy Spirit. As believers, we would be completely missing the mark if we were to get stuck looking for the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, over the application of the Holy Spirit. Fixing our feed allows us to receive the insight of the Holy Spirit, and when we change the flow to see inside-out, we start to affect the world around us. And in every season, no matter the circumstance, we can be fully satisfied in Christ.

In the final installment of the FIXED Series, Pastor Keira Smallcombe preached a message called My Faith is FUNCTIONAL. When wondering if our faith is working, Pastor Keira reminds us to keep running laps of faith. For faith only works when we work it out. In response, which testimony do you want? The testimony of one who WATCHES others work their faith and possess their promises? Or the testimony of someone who WORKS their OWN faith, and touches their own promises?”

In the third installment of the FIXED Series, Pastor Adam Smallcombe delivers a powerful word, called My Faith is Firm. It begs the question, what does a firm faith look like? With highs and lows, it can be challenging to see your way through the waves of life. But the series scripture, Hebrews 12:2 advises we "... fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and pioneer of our faith..." And the fact that we have seasons of uncertainty doesn't mean that our faith isn't firm. It's all in how we frame it. How are you framing your faith in this season?

Is God Always Good?  And if so, then why do bad things happen?  Is protection part of his plan - or is it the promise of providence that makes Him God?  With the current situation with COVID-19 as a growing problem throughout the world, Pastor Adam tackles a tough topic that is on all of our minds. This message was not recorded at our typical venue.  Instead, as soon as the mandate to "shelter in place" in the SF Bay Area was released, we hurriedly turned our office space into a broadcast studio in order to film this weekend's worship experience knowing that the next few weeks would all be virtually online and not in a physical location.
