I tell you the truth; today you will be with me in paradise.  As we approach Easter 2023, we want to spend time in reflection during Holy Week, the week starting on Palm Sunday and leading to Jesus' resurrection on Easter Sunday. Each day, we are focusing on one of the seven last words of Christ. These last words, spoken from the cross, reveal what was on Jesus' heart as he faced his last moments on earth. This week we celebrated the Lord’s faithfulness to NMC over the last seven years. The Lord’s faithfulness has pushed us forward to our next steps and we shared about our second campus location in East Cobb.

Jesus didn't promise us an easy life. Storms will come, and storms will go in all of our lives. Jesus says how we weather the storms that come our way is determined by what we have built our lives upon.

In this Christmas Eve message, we celebrate the extravagant love of God shown to us through Jesus' birth.

This Sunday, in the third week of our Advent series, we look at the biblical theme of peace. We do this by looking back to all the Lord's promises from the Old Testament, discussing the Lord’s ongoing work in the world, and looking forward to what the Lord will do in the future as we find peace in Him.

This Sunday, in the second week of our Advent series, we look at the biblical theme of joy.  Most of us would probably agree that a little more joy in our lives would be nice. We talk about what joy is and how to increase our joy so every season of our lives can be what Jesus intended for it to be for us. 

In this Advent season and series, we look back on all the Lord’s promises fulfilled by the person of Jesus. This week, we kick off our Advent series by discussing the biblical theme of hope. We will look back to all the LORD’s promises from the Old Testament, discuss the LORD’s ongoing work in the world, and look forward to what the LORD will do in the future as we hope in Him.

This Sunday, NMC's Student Director, Derek McClardy, joined us. This message is focused on the belief that instead of sacrificing time, friendships, resources, and community to idols that will never satisfy us, we must offer our lives as living sacrifices to Jesus, our Lord.
