Michael Conti was having a fantastic performance during RAAM 2016 when his pace vehicle was struck by a semi. Fortunately neither Michael nor any of his crew members were injured. After some time off the bike, Michael made the decision to finish what he'd started. We'll be following Michael as he tapers toward the race and then doing twice daily updates him from the course. Sarah Cooper was rehabbing from arm surgery when an invitation to take part in the inaugural Dirty Kanza XL arrived. Though it was difficult for her to type the three letter response of Y E S, she did just that and has been preparing ever since. Neil Shirley was feeling his performances at Dirty Kanza were slowing down over the years. As cycling has dropped to #3 on his priority list behind family and work, Neil decided he needed a coach to help him reach his optimum performance level while keeping his priorities in order.
