Jim Knowles spoke about his departure from Ohio State and what led up to it during a wide-ranging interview with Heather Dinich of ESPN on Tuesday. What did we make of Knowles' comments? And is there a chance things worked out well in this situation for all parties involved? Ohio State is very happy with the hiring of Matt Patricia as defensive coordinator. Penn State is happy about poaching Knowles from the Buckeyes. And Knowles is happy to be in his home state making north of $3 million per year. Stop us if you have heard this one before: Brian Hartline landed a top wide receiver recruit for Ohio State. Yes, the best in the business at recruiting -- and developing -- WRs struck again on Sunday. The Buckeyes received a commitment from Kayden Dixon-Wyatt who is ranked as the No. 6 WR in the country and the No. 59 overall prospect in the 2026 class. Ohio State has the No. 3 class in the country in the 247Sports Composite rankings, and the Buckeyes have the second-best average player rating. Dixon-Wyatt becomes the fourth wideout in OSU's class and is the third-highest ranked player in the class, behind WR Chris Henry Jr. and safety Blaine Bradford.
