This week, we are reading from the words of John’s Gospel which remind us that Jesus is the ‘bread of life’, and that he alone has the ability to nourish us at the deepest level. It’s a reminder that our deepest hunger cannot be met by success or self-sufficiency. Nor can it be met by physical things because it’s a spiritual hunger for God.

This week we are reading from the Book of Ephesians. The passage reminds us of things that steal the true joy that God desires for his people.

In our series on Lent through Luke, Natalie Powell looks at Jesus' call to prioritise following him above anything or anyone else in life, and his charge to surrender everything we are and have to be his disciple. 

This week we’re reading and praying the words from Psalm 51, a psalm of repentance.
