The dictionary defines the term 'Radical' as a departure from the norm. So what is radical about Islam? If the norm for Islam is violence, then peace is the radical part. If the norm for Islam is peace, then violence is the radical part. We should be able to answer the question by looking at the Islamic scriptures and its history to get our answer.
