Proceeds of this event will benefit the Support for Susana Fund and The Tommy Lindsey Supplemental Needs Fund. After such a succesful WING FIGHT at Chef Eddie Canlons Restaurant in November, Chef Klaus Kronsteiner and owner Frank Peterpaul decided to continue the charity cook offs by coming up with this one. On the bill as always is Chef Rob Burmeister, Chef Clemenza Caserta Jr., Chef Eddie Canlon, Chef John Sierp and Chef Barret Beyer. Chef Lou Marfoglio is also coming in from The Island.
