BS Homework time and we are covering four Vic Tokai games that all have the same style gameplay, yet are on different systems and regions. From the NES to the SMS, then the Mega Drive and over to the Genesis, all of these games have similar aspects yet subtle differences. This is VGBS!

We sit back with Rewind Mike and talk classic Konami and Capcom stories and his tributes for his YouTube channel. We then dovetail into talking about what other companies we want tributes for. We then talk about the special Crisis Force and Mr. Gimmick Chips, why they are hard to make reproductions of, cannibalizing Return of the Joker, NES programming and Joe Granato’s new NES Game Maker that he’s working on to make programming NES Homebrew games easier. Finally we ended with the rigors of video and audio editing as well as Documentaries vs Youtube video quality and demand. This is VGBS!

We always seem to collect things before it becomes popular, so this episode has some interesting stories from the perspective!  This Hobbycast consists of anything and everything we are interested in and obsessed with. While we have a main focus for each episode, we often will go over lots of other things we are interested in too; the sky is the limit! Anything we talk about on the cast, we look at in an insanely analytical way, breaking down details you might not notice and destroying the critics.

VGBS goes Live at RetroWorld Expo in Connecticut. This is a hilarious panel as we show up late and I basically start the episode as John “Gamester81” Lester and I are running to the panel room. It turned into an amazing talk about the Colecovision and lots of Second Generation games and stories. Hearing things from four different perspectives, plus everyone in the crowd, was really great.  This is VGBS!

BS Homework is back and this time it is Chiki Chiki Boys for the Sega Genesis. How does the game hold up and do we go down the river as usual? This is VGBS!
