You can find Adee weightlifting, bobsledding, powerlifting, or competing in the NPGL or the CrossFit open. In 2016, she took a Bronze Medal at the Canadian National Weightlifting Championships. He started his athletic journey as a child, playing multiple sports including soccer, baseball and golf, which eventually led to a collegiate career in soccer at the University of California, Berkeley.
