Crazy episode that definitely takes at least two viewings to really get it (all the black and white scenes are earlier, and color later). Coming right on the heals of the season five finale, this episode felt like a continuation of that season, which made me like it even more than I did the first time around. Andrew Lincoln starred in a TV series, and so of course we’re gonna talk about it! Thing is, he plays kind of a berk (that’s British for chode). Coldwater (available on Paramount+ in the U.S.) is a lot of fun though — it’s funny, thought-provoking, and it’s a good old-fashioned thriller to sink your teeth into. I wouldn’t necessarily give it my highest recommendation, but honestly, that fact that Lucy and I had so much fun talking about it made me like it even more.
